Keep channel mtime stable when merge finds no new posts, and rebuild FTS only
for new/changed content so large daily channels stay cheap. Drop --reindex-all
from renew.sh for incremental runs.

Avoid per-agent stdio contention on the sqlite index, sort FTS by rank with created tie-break, and add mm_search_tag for dated #plan/#report substring search.

Support --team/--channel/--output flags for scripted exports, add renew.sh
wrapper, and exclude config, cookies, results, and sqlite index from git.
